If you're short on time or are simply looking for a great way to add to your existing exercise routine, then this is the perfect way to get all the benefits of a longer Pilates class but in a condensed version!
We will work on all the key elements of your pilates practice - strengthening, movement, breath awareness, flexibility and control - utilising the small pilates equipment to add variety and challenge.
